With BostadsPortal's inspection tool, we make it easy to document all issues and defects with pictures. This creates security for both you and your tenant and reduces the risk of misunderstandings or disagreements.
There is no limit to the number of pictures you can attach to your report when conducting a moving inspection via BostadsPortal's inspection app or our website.
How to add and edit one or more pictures in BostadsPortal's Inspection App
You add pictures when you report issues and defects in the app.
- Click '+ Lägg till bilder/Ladda upp' when noting an issue in the room you are inspecting

You can take a picture with the camera or add from your archive
Your phone or tablet's camera will automatically open when you click '+ Lägg till bild'.
→ Add more pictures: You can add more pictures for the same issue by clicking the plus icon (+), for example, if you want to document the issue from different angles. You can add as many extra pictures as you want.
→ Add pictures from your photo archive: You can add pictures from your photo album by clicking 'Galleri' in the lower-left corner. Then select the pictures you want to add and press 'Lägg till'.
→ Draw or mark on the picture: You can draw directly on the picture if there are damages that are hard to see through by clicking the brush icon in the lower-left corner. -
After taking the pictures you want to attach to the issue, click 'Lägg till' or 'Lägg till alla'
All the pictures will now be attached to the same fault.

Finish after you are done with the issue by clicking 'Upprätta fel'
The issue will now be created with the attached pictures. If you need to remove any of the pictures, you can easily do so by clicking the trash can next to the respective picture.
If you attach many pictures to your moving inspection, it may take some time before the pictures are registered.
BostadsPortal's Inspection App requires an active internet connection before you can use it. If you have a weak or unstable internet connection during the inspection, which can sometimes happen in concrete buildings, you may experience longer loading times when adding pictures.
