It is not possible for either the tenant or the landlord to sign the moving inspection with a digital signature through BankID.
BostadsPortal's Inspection tool, whether you use it through Bostadsportal.se or the app, is designed so that all parties sign with physical presence after the inspection is completed. Signatures are made directly on the landlord's phone or tablet using a finger on the screen, similar to what you do when receiving a package.
By signing directly on the screen with physical presence, as a landlord, you ensure that the tenant is present (either themselves or through an authorized representative) during the inspection and is therefore aware of any issues, deficiencies, and actions discussed during the inspection.
