Once you have created an inspection report, you can easily send it to contractors or cleaning staff. After the inspection is completed, the system automatically generates a task list in PDF format, based on the documented issues and deficiencies. To download and send the list, go to the 'Inspection Report' tab in your profile, open the completed inspection, and download both the maintenance list and the report under the 'All Documents' section.
In the maintenance list, the issues are sorted by the type of action needed, providing a straightforward overview of what needs painting, sanding, cleaning, etc.
Once you have downloaded the maintenance list in PDF format, you can forward it to the relevant individuals responsible for addressing the issues, such as craftsmen and/or cleaning staff.
