When using BostadsPortal's free digital tools for moving inspections, you have the option to add your moving inspection date to your calendar on your phone or tablet.

If the moving inspection does not appear in your calendar, it is often because your calendars are not synchronized.

This issue arises especially on Apple devices, where Apple's built-in calendar app is the default. This means you need to synchronize your external calendars with your iPhone's calendar to see your upcoming moving inspections on all your devices.


How to synchronize your calendar with your device's calendar:

The procedure is generally the same, whether you prefer Google Calendar, Outlook, or any other calendar app.

Google* is used here as an example on an Apple device.

  1. Open 'Settings' on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Click on 'Mail'

  3. Press 'Accounts' and 'Add Account,' then select Google* from the list

    Note: If you use Outlook through your business, do not select 'Outlook'; instead, choose the 'Microsoft Exchange' field.

  4. Enter your email address and click 'Next'.

  5. Enter your password and click 'Next,' followed by 'Save'.
    Email messages, contacts, and calendar events will now synchronize directly with your Google account. If you only want to sync your calendar, you can disable the other services.
