Why doesn't my moving inspection show up in my phone/tablets calendar?

BostadsPortal's free digital tools for moving inspections, allows you to add your move-out inspection date to your calendar. If your move-out inspection doesn't appear in your phone's calendar, it may be due to your calendars not being synchronized. This is common on Apple devices. To resolve this, sync your external calendar (e.g., Google Calendar) by adding your account in the settings on your phone or tablet.

How to synchronize your calendar with your device's calendar

The procedure is generally the same, whether you prefer Google Calendar, Outlook, or any other calendar app.

Google* is used here as an example on an Apple device.

1. Open 'Settings' on your iPhone or iPad.
   
   
2. Click on 'Mail'
   
   
3. Press 'Accounts' and 'Add Account,' then select Google* from the list

   → Note: If you use Outlook through your business, do not select 'Outlook'; instead, choose the 'Microsoft Exchange' field.
   
   

4. Enter your email address and click 'Next'.
   
   
5. Enter your password and click 'Next,' followed by 'Save'.
   Email messages, contacts, and calendar events will now synchronize directly with your Google account. If you only want to sync your calendar, you can disable the other services.
