You can download the rental contract as a PDF file at any time during the drafting process. When you fill out your rental contract using BostadsPortal's rental contract builder, all the information will be inserted into the standard contract form. It can be useful to view the filled-out standard form both before and after your rental agreement is completed and signed.

1. The rental contract is being drafted
If you are in the process of filling out your rental contract, you can view and download it by clicking 'Se hyreskontrakt (PDF)' at the bottom left.
The PDF file of the rental contract will have a draft watermark as it is not yet signed and valid.
2. The rental contract is finished but awaiting signature
If you have completed your rental contract and sent it for signature, you can view and download the rental contract by going to 'Hyreskontrakt' or 'Rental contracts' in your profile.
Please note that the language on the website will now switch to Swedish.
Here, you can retrieve the desired rental contract using the search field at the top of the page or by finding it in the list below. Then, click 'Gå till översikt' next to the address.
In your overview, you can now open the rental contract as a PDF by clicking on the document under 'Bifogade filer' as shown in the image above.
The rental contract will have a draft watermark as it is not yet signed and valid.
3. The rental contract is completed and signed
When your rental contract is completed and signed by both parties, you can view and download the rental contract by going to 'Rental contracts' or 'Hyreskontrakt' in your profile.
Here, you can retrieve the relevant rental contract and click into the address or press 'Gå till översikt' next to the address.
In your overview, you can now open the rental contract as a PDF by clicking 'Se färdigt kontrakt'.
You will be able to see both your own and the tenant's digital signatures if you download a signed rental contract.
