How to find the rental contract builder

Log in to BostadsPortal.se

Click on your profile picture and name in the top right corner, and select the 'Rental Contracts' field

Click on the button 'Upprätta kontrakt'
Please note that from this point, the language on the website will shift to Swedish. -
Click the blue button '+ Skapa hyresobjekt', and then enter the rental unit's address in the white text field
BostadsPortal will now automatically fetch the publicly available information about your property's size and number of rooms.
- Click on 'Upprätta 1 hyresobjekt' - you will now be taken to the rental contract builder and can start filling out the rental contract
