On BostadsPortal, it is up to each individual landlord whether they want to provide a telephone number in their housing advertisements. Therefore, not all landlords can be contacted directly by phone.
If the landlord wishes to be contacted by prospective tenants by phone, their telephone number will be specified directly in the advertisement under the 'Contact' button.
The phone number will be hidden from everyone who does not have an active housing search subscription on BostadsPortal.
It is not possible to obtain the landlord's phone number if it is not provided in the advertisement.
Send and receive messages in the inbox
Landlords on BostadsPortal often have many advertised rental properties, in addition to their work and family responsibilities. Therefore, for many, it may be more advantageous and manageable to handle communication with prospective tenants through messages.
You can always contact the landlord or property you are interested in through BostadsPortal's own messaging system. Here, it is easy for you as a prospective tenant to keep track of the messages you send to landlords.
Additionally, it is convenient and clear for the landlord to access your search profile, allowing them to quickly and efficiently get a sense of who you are as a tenant.
Regardless of whether it is possible to call the landlord or not, we always recommend our prospective tenants to fill out their user profile thoroughly and write a message with a good application.
