How do I permanently delete my ad on BostadsPortal?

If you wish to remove your entire rental property and the associated listing from your profile, you can delete it under 'All rentables' by clicking on 'Delete'.

Important: If you delete your rental property, all associated documents and data will also be permanently deleted – including rental contracts, move-in reports, powers of attorney, and tenancies. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Save listing and all documents by marking it rented out instead

You do not need to delete your rental property to remove it from the listing page on bostadsportal.se. You can always just mark it as rented out – whether it is actually rented out or not.

By marking it as rented out, the listing will no longer be active on BostadsPortal, but your rental property, listing, and all associated documents will remain saved on your profile.

Read more about how to mark your rental property as rented out here.

Note: You cannot remove a listing and create a new one for the purpose of obtaining a new listing date.

We are also required to store data about your rental and listing for 5 years in accordance with the Danish Accounting Act.
