Why does my listing get rejected?

There could be many reasons why your ad could be rejected. All private ads submitted to BostadsPortal must be manually reviewed by our customer service team to ensure safety and accuracy. If your ad does not comply with our rules and guidelines, it will be rejected. You will then recieve a email that confirms that we have rejected your ad.

Are you a new landlord?

As a new landlord, you need to provide all the necessary information about yourself. After submitting your ad, we will send you a link for verification through BankID. If something is missing or needs clarification, we will inform you in the same email about what needs to be addressed for us to approve your ad.

If we do not receive any response after trying to contact you three times, your ad will be rejected. If your ad is rejected and you still wish to rent out your property, please contact us so we can complete the validation process.
