Where can I find the receipts for my BostadsPortal ad purchases?

When you make a new purchase or cancel your subscription on BostadsPortal, you will always receive a digital receipt sent to the email address you provided when creating your account. We only send confirmation receipts when you purchase a new subscription or cancel your subscription. You will not receive receipts for subscription renewals.

Beside from this, you can always acces your purchases and receipts directly on your BostadsPortal profile, by following these steps.

  1. Click on 'Purchase and subscription'
    Make sure you are logged onto your account and click on your name in the top-right corner. Now click on 'Purchase and subscription'.



  2. Click on the three dots and choose 'View receipt'
    On the list, you can see all the purchases you have made for your advertisements on your account. To access the receipts you can click on the three dots to the right of the the address and choose 'View receipt'.
