As a landlord, you do not have direct access to the contact information of those seeking accommodation, unless they provide it in a message they send to you.
When your rental is published on BostadsPortal, seekers will contact you through our messaging system. You can read and reply to messages via the inbox on the website. To find your inbox, click on the small mail icon in the top-right corner of the website, or click on your name in the top-right corner and then select 'Inbox'.
Right below the 'Inbox' option, you will also find the 'Find new tenant' option. Here, you can find and contact seekers with an active search profile who are looking for accommodation in the same area as your advertisement.
In this section, you can view the profiles of potential tenants and reach out to them directly.
