Do I get a receipt about my subscription when I start and/or cancel it?

As soon as you have established your subscription, meaning when the payment has been processed, you will receive a receipt sent to the email address you have used to create your account.

Note: The email with the receipt may end up in your spam folder, so don't forget to check there.

A new receipt will not be sent when your subscription renews, but you can always view them under "Subscriptions" on your profile.

When you cancel your subscription, you will also receive a receipt confirming that the subscription has been terminated, sent to you. If you have not received this, your subscription may not have been terminated, or perhaps this email is in your spam folder.
