When you are logged in, you have a complete overview of your account options after pressing the menu button (your profile picture) at the top right. There are two versions of this menu, one as a tenant and one as a landlord. You get the landlord version if you have/had a rental property on BostadsPortal.
Tenant
- Your profile that is visible to landlords can be viewed and edited if you click your name at the top of the menu.
- Messages are where you'll find all the messages you've sent to and received from landlords.
- Search agents is the option you click on if you want to see which, or remove, any search agents you have. These are the emails you receive with information about new homes.
- Subscription is the overview of your subscription, here you can see the status of your current subscription.
- Renting out takes you to the section on the portal where you can create a listing for your rentable, a contract or draw up an inspection report.
- Support opens up our help page where you can find answers to all questions you may have about the portal and its functions.
- You can go to settings, to set the types of emails you receive, and how often you receive them, change passwords and select which language the website and the emails you receive should have.
Landlord
- All rentables take you to the page where you can administer all the rental objects that you created on BostadsPortal. (Advertised or not)
- Advertised rentables show the currently active ads you have on BostadsPortal.
- Messages is our inbox where you can see all the messages you have received and sent to tenants.
- Find new tenant shows you a list of your active advertisements and potential tenants for your currently active rentables that you can contact yourself.
- Rentral contracts is the administration page for the contracts that you have created or if you want to create one.
- Inspection reports is the administration page for your move-in/move-out reports that you have created or if you want to create one.
- Purchases and subscriptions show all payments made on your rentables for BostadsPortal.
- Support opens up our help page where you can find answers to all questions you may have about the portal and its functions.
- You can use settings, among other things, to set the types of emails you receive, how often you receive them, change passwords and choose which language the website and the emails you receive should have.
