There are several factors that make you unable to pay. If you want to pay for a subscription and use a debit card, then you must be aware that there must be a minimum of SEK 328 in your account.

Then you can try to complete the purchase with another browser, or try to make the payment with another device, such as a mobile or tablet.
If it still doesn't work, it could be that you have a block for internet purchases and/or foreign payments on your card. If this is the case, it is your bank that can help you in the matter.
If the payment is made with Visa or MasterCard, 3D Secure must also be activated for the purchase to go through. 3D Secure is a security function when paying online, also called Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code.
