If you can see a transaction from BostadsPortal.se on your account it is most likely due to that you have a subscription with us.
What you then can do is, log on to the portal and go to "My Subscription".
From here you can see your active and past subscription, along with any receipts, linked to your account. You can also from this page, cancel any active subscription. Just click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm in the popup window.
If you can't find an active subscription under "My Subscription" but a deduction has been made to your account, you're welcome to send an e-mail to BostadsPortal.se on info@bostadsportal.se where you describe your issue.
Please note that you will recieve and confirmation e-mail when a subscription is canceled. You do not automatically cancel a subscription if you for example have cancelled the newsletter or your search agent.
