You can confirm which account you are logged into via the menu.
If it says log in here, you are not logged in to any account and need to log in.
If you know that you have only registered with one e-mail address and you are logged in to this account, you can contact us and we can help you find the right one.
You can contact us by email via mail email@example.com or via messenger. Our support is available on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
To find your account, we need one of the following, preferably all of them.
- Your email address.
- The last four digits on the front of your bank card
- What amount was charged
- The transaction date
With this information, we can search through our transactions to find your account.
