If you've already paid but can't contact the landlord, please remember to login to the account where you made the purchase.
It could be that you have made more then one account, as in another profile with a different e-mail address. I therefor ask you to start by checking this. You can check which e-mail you have if you go to "My settings" on the portal and see if the e-mail address is correct.
If you know this is not the issue, you can write us an e-mail at email@example.com and we could help you.
Please include in you e-mail:
- The last four digits on the front of card used when you made the purchase.
- What amount was withdrawn
- Transaction date
With this information we can look at our transactions and find your account.
